Using Gmail for your personal emails?

It’s easy to add your new professional email to your account. Once configured you can choose which of your email addresses to send from.

Follow these steps to setup your email with your existing Gmail account:

– Open your Gmail, go to settings by clicking the gear icon in the top-right corner and select See all settings.

– Go to the Accounts and Import tab.

– Find the Check mail from other accounts setting.

– Click Add a mail account.

Enter the email address that you ordered from us – We’ll be using an example in these guides: hello@isabellewoods.com

Click next >>

Choose Import emails from my other account (POP3)

Click next >>

Enter the following information:

– Username – Your full email address.

– Password – Your password that you reset in webmail.

– POP Server – mail.hostedemail.com

– Port – 995

– Tick Leave a copy…

– Tick Always use a secure connection

– Choose to add a label.

– Click Add Account

Click Yes, I want to be able to send mail as

Click next >>

– Enter your name.

– Enter your new email address.

– Tick the box for Treat as an alias.

– Click next >>

– Next, enter the following SMTP information:

SMTP Server – mail.hostedemail.com

– Port – 465

– Username – Your email

– Password – Your new password that you set earlier in webmail

– Choose SSL Secured connection method that Gmail recommends.

– Click Add Account.

Your new professional email address is ready to use in your Gmail account!

Gmail will send you a confirmation code to your email address. (Look out for it in your inbox)

You need to click the link in that email and click confirm to finish the process.

When you compose a new email in Gmail, you will now be able to choose which email address to send from!
